The purpose of the Cellar Door Audit is to collect relevant information in regard to the business placement of the Cellar Door facility. Information is sourced from both internal and external means to complete the audit. Once all the relevant information has been gathered, a report is then prepared for the client, with suggestions and recommendations.
A follow up call is arranged with the Cellar Door facility within six months of the audit, to track the recommendations that have been made, and ensure the strategies are working as planned.
